Send File

  After you have entered all of your records and you are ready to report, save the file to a location of your choice. Select a location that will be easy for you to remember and locate later(ex. Desktop or 3 1/2 floppy). The file name defaults to T0000001, use this file name if you don't have any other instructions from your Bureau as to what file name to use. Then follow your Bureau's instructions for sending.
  Commonly you would send the file on a 3 1/2 floppy or through the Internet.

  You have the option of sending all of your records that are checked or sending those that are on or past a certain date and checked. The date you enter will report all records with that date or later in the Current Status Date field and have been checked to report.
